MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Wat is de geschiedenis van "The Wind that Shakes the Barley"?

The Wind that Shakes the Barley online kijken - Ierland, 1920. Twee broers klaar in de guerrilla om tegen de Britse troepen te vechten die proberen om te voorkomen dat de onafhankelijkheid van Ierland. Liefde voor zijn land maakt Damien (Cillian Murphy) verlaat zijn veelbelovende carrière van arts en sluit zich aan bij zijn broer Teddy (Liam Cunningham) in de strijd voor de vrijheid. Na leed verscheidene nederlagen en een koelen aantal slachtoffers, besloot de Britse regering om te onderhandelen met de rebellen een einde te maken aan de bloedige confrontatie. Maar het akkoord bereikt oorzaken meningsverschillen tussen de Ieren en leidt tot een nieuwe en fratricidal conflict. U kunt The Wind that Shakes the Barley kijken in de TV-kabel of bioscopen met originele audio in taal Engels.
